WHAT'S NEXT FOR 1ST CLASS (Maybe..)

ZILLOW FLEX

As much as i'm not a fan of Zillow, and not because of the reasons most agents are, this is something we are looking into. Personally, I believe Zillow has completely ruined the real estate industry. No longer do agents go out and meet people, build relationships and master their craft. They'd rather just buy people's information. However we do realize that it does help keep consistant business for some agents.

ISA

We have met with several ISA's and are contemplating going this route for our Partner Agents. Our thought is having an ISA call all of the incoming leads that come in and hand them out to agents as they're ready to buy or sell. That way agents spend more time on appointments and less time having to follow up. Also, my thought is we will have all of our Partner Agents enter in all of their S.O.I into their CRM and our ISA's will call them on the agents behalf. That way agents can be working with their own sphere without feeling like they're bothering them..

VIRTUAL

1st Class actually has a copywrite on being the first virtual brokerage. Personally i'm not a huge fan of being virtual, but it also makes a lot of sense and it becomes much easier to grow. We've had our office for a couple years now in High Ridge, but agents just aren't really coming in to use it. I'm a firm believer in having an office and believe most agents should be in an office everyday, until you get to the point to where you're out on several appointments a day. If agent's aren't going to use it though we can use that expense for more staff or leads for our agents.
