    March is a big month for Events for 1st Class. We will be taking all of our agent out to Westport for Opening Day. We have March Madness coming up this month and we also have a St. Patricks Day event!

NEW TECHNOLOGY

This month we've added a HUGE new technology for our agents. We have spent thousands of dollars and a lot of man hours developing our Go High Level account. This tech allows us to run leads for our Partner Agents into the CRM and our built out AI bots will do the follow up and book the appointments for our agents directly into their calendar. We off this for FREE to our Partner Agents and offer it as an additional service for our Entrepreneur Agents.

WHAT'S NEXT FOR 1ST CLASS

FT Transaction Coordinator
This week we met with an amazing TC that we will be bringing on to the team next week. For our Partner Agents this will be included, and for our Entrepreneur Agents this we will an option that they can use. Getting rid of your paperwork should be the very first thing you get rid of as an agent. 

FT Marketer

We will be bringing on a FT marketing person in the upcoming weeks to help our Partner Agents with marketing. We already have an awesome marketing portal for all of our agents but now it will become even easier. Everytime our agents have a Coming Soon, Just Listed, Under Contract, Just Sold etc our market will automatically create a post for our agents to post on their social media. One more thing taken off of their plate. 

VIRTUAL

1st Class actually has a copywrite on being the first virtual brokerage. Personally i'm not a huge fan of being virtual, but it also makes a lot of sense and it becomes much easier to grow. We've had our office for a couple years now in High Ridge, but agents just aren't really coming in to use it. I'm a firm believer in having an office and believe most agents should be in an office everyday, until you get to the point to where you're out on several appointments a day. If agent's aren't going to use it though we can use that expense for more staff or leads for our agents.
